These are simply my reflections from the journey, notes from a return to one of Africa's most iconic safari destinations, fifteen years on.

'Kenya, 15 years on'
I'm not entirely sure it's been fifteen years... perhaps a little more.
Either way, it had been a long time since my last visit, and I was keen to see whether Kenya still lived up to its reputation. After a flying safari across Namibia's Skeleton Coast, this journey offered a different perspective—exploring Laikipia's remarkable conservancies, some of East Africa's finest lodges and the conservation work taking place behind the scenes.
From Suyian Lodge and Space for Giants to Segera, Sirai House and Wild Hill, every stop offered something different. Some stood out for their extraordinary locations, others for their wildlife, design or sense of place.
